NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Having qualified as Executrix of the Estate of Gary D. Halford (a/k/a Gary Dennis Halford), late of Beaufort County, North Carolina, the undersigned does hereby notify all persons, firms, and corporations having claims against said Estate to present them to the undersigned, whose mailing address is c/o Charlotte-Anne T. Alexander, Colombo Kitchin Attorneys, 1698 E. Arlington Blvd, Greenville, NC 27858 on or before the 29th day of July, 2026, or this Notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery. All persons, firms, and corporations indebted to said Estate will please make immediate payment to the undersigned.
