Having qualified as Administrator of the estate of Melburn Franklin Kelly, Jr., of Beaufort County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons having claims against the Estate of said Melburn Franklin Kelly, Jr., to present them to the Undersigned on or before the 29 day of January, 2027, or it will be pleaded in bar of their recovery.
