PUBLIC NOTICE

The public will take notice that the Beaufort County Board of Commissioners will consider a resolution authorizing, and intends to authorize, a lease or rental of property owned by Beaufort County described below to Partnership for the Sounds, at its regular meeting to be held at 5:30 PM on the 7th day of December, 2026.
Located in the City of Washington, Beaufort County, North Carolina, which property is more particularly described as Parcel 1 on that certain survey entitled Property of Partnership of the Sounds dated January 22, 1996 by Hood Richardson, P.A. recorded in Book 1053, Page 844 of Beaufort County Registry.
There is no annual rental or lease payment for the real property described above.
