Having qualified as Administrator of the estate of Leigh Ann Elks Landing of Beaufort County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons having claims against the Estate of said Leigh Ann Elks Landing to present them to the Undersigned on or before the 19 day of May, 2026, or it will be pleaded in bar of their recovery.
