The above action will be presented before the Beaufort County Clerk of Court on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Courthouse in Washington NC. The Petitioner seeks a replacement Certificate of Title as the original was lost. All persons claiming any interest in the land may appear to show cause why the relief should not be granted.
