NOTICE OF PETITION

TO: ALL OTHER PERSONS HAVING OR CLAIMING ANY INTEREST OR ESTATE IN THE LANDS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED
TAKE NOTICE that a petition has been filed with the Clerk of Superior Court of Washington County, North Carolina, the nature of which is as follows: A Petition by Charles W. Allen to have the Court order the issuance to the Petitioner a new Certificate of Title for Registered Estate No. 673, filed on January 17, 2003 in Book 406, Page 264, Washington County Registry, pursuant to Section 43-17 of the North Carolina General Statutes.
The relief prayed for by the Petitioner is as follows: That pursuant to Section 43-17 of the North Carolina General Statutes, a new Certificate of Title for Registered Estate Number 673 be issued in the name of the Petitioner or to such other parties to this proceeding as the Court shall deem proper, and registered in the Washington County Registry, to replace the original Certificate of Title which have been lost or inadvertently destroyed.
Registered Estate Number 673 as fully described in Book 406, Page 264-266.
All persons having or claiming any interests or estate in the lands described above are hereby given notice to appear before the Clerk of Superior Court of Washington County on the 14th day of May 2026 at 11:00 a.m. to show cause why the relief prayed for in the petition should not be granted.
