NOTICE OF SERVICE OF PROCESS BY PUBLICATION

TO: All persons having or claiming an interest or estate in Registered Estates Number 210.
NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed by Frederick N. Holscher, Attorney/Representative for PCS Phosphate Company, Inc., Petitioner, requesting the cancellation of the certificate of title of PCS Phosphate Company, Inc. for Registered Estate Number 210, and requesting the issuance of a new certificate of title to PCS Phosphate Company, Inc., as the original certificate of title of Registered Estate Number 210 has been lost and a new certificate needs to be issued.
The property described in Registered Estate Number 210 is shown in Torrens Book 10, Page 204 of the Beaufort County Register of Deeds.
All persons having or claiming any interest or estate in the land above described shall appear on the 26th day of May, 2026 at 9:30 A.M. at the office of the undersigned at the Beaufort County Courthouse, to show cause, if any exists, why the relief prayed for in the Petition should not be granted.
