Having qualified as Executor of the estate of Ann Cuthrell Latham of Beaufort County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons having claims against the Estate of said Ann Cuthrell Latham to present them to the Undersigned on or before the 4 day of September, 2026, or it will be pleaded in bar of their recovery.
