Having qualified as Executor of the estate of Philip Beverly Elks of Beaufort County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons having claims against the Estate of said Philip Beverly Elks to present them to the Undersigned on or before the 20th day of November, 2026, or it will be pleaded in bar of their recovery.
