Petition for Change of Name on Certificate of Title for Registered Estate 460 described in Torrens Book 6 Page 326, Beaufort County Registry and on Certificate of Title for Registered Estate 461 described in Torrens Book 5 Page 636, Beaufort County Registry. The property described in the two parcels is in Pantego Township and is tax parcel 30360.

The above action will be presented before the Beaufort County Clerk of Court on November 4, 2026 at 9:00 AM in the Courthouse in Washington NC. The Petitioner seeks new Certificates of Title issued in the name of Lisa Marie Glaser. All persons claiming any interest in the land may appear to show cause why the relief should not be granted.
